COMPANY
DOM CASEL

DOM Casel has a history with more than four decades.

Since its beginning, the mission has been to provide a taste of the best made in the region of Sertã, first with the production of pork meat of exceptional quality and, a while later, with the confection of delicious traditional specialties, such as the “maranho” and the “bucho recheado” (stuffed pork belly).

Our premium meats and specialties of Portuguese origin are the result of a daily dedication and control of the entire production process, because we believe that with excellence ingredients, knowledge and dedication the best products are made.

OUR ORIGIN
IS IN THE MEAT

The control of the whole production process, from the breeding of the animals to the handmade tie of the DOM Enchido, is our way of showing love and respect for the local environment and the tradition of the Beira region.

Through a rigorous selection and constant improvement of manufacturing techniques, human resources and raw materials, DOM Casel has created a traditional product range.

DOM CASEL
HISTORY

We have been working in meat production since 1979, but it was in 1984 that CASEL (Carnes da Sertã) was born.

Almost 4 decades later, we created DOM Iguarias de Origem Portuguesa, a brand designed to represent a range of excellence products and with the mission to give a unique personality to the regional products of Sertã: Maranho, Bucho recheado and Sausages.

Today, DOM delicacies have received numerous quality awards and the excellence of the brand is recognized by our partners and consumers.

And because we have made DOM and CASEL grow with the same ingredients, knowledge and dedication, we felt it was necessary to take a new step. DOM and CASEL Butcheries are now DOM Casel, a single stronger brand, but with the same pride in its origin.

THE TRUE MISSION
DOM CASEL

At the end of the day, what we really want is to feel the satisfaction of all the families while they taste the pork DOM Almu, delight themselves with the delicacies DOM Maranho and DOM Bucho, and share our DOM Enchido in a lunch party.

To all, enjoy!
